Preserve Presidential Naval History: 1968 Willard Marine Admiral’s Barge
A Living Artifact
We invite history enthusiasts, patriots, and supporters to join in honoring this extraordinary legacy. A 1968 Willard Marine Admiral’s Barge (Hull No. 40PE683). This is not merely a boat; it is a rare, living artifact that links us directly to pivotal moments in U.S. history.
Original served the Seventh Fleet in the Philippines and Japan, the 40-foot barge was later assigned as the Admiral’s Barge at Pearl Harbor, where it transported three sitting U.S. Presidents: George H.W. Bush (1991), Bill Clinton (1993), and George W. Bush (2003) for memorial ceremonies of the USS Arizona. This unique Presidential provenance makes the vessel irreplaceable and gives it a potential historical value that far exceeds that of a standard vintage vessel.
Currently moored with dignity at Slip 31, Front Row, Ala Wai Boat Harbor, the barge offers a tangible connection to the past. Visitors are welcome to stop by, take a photo, and reflect on its deep legacy.
Our dedicated crew shares a patriotic vision: to fully restore and return this icon to the waters of Pearl Harbor for the solemn 100th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 2041.
Support this Vision: We ask for your support—whether time, skills, or financial resources—to ensure this unique vessel continues to tell the story of American sacrifice, service, and steadfast commitment to freedom. Join us in preserving this national treasure!
